Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support PE lessons and sports activities across Key Stages 3 and 4
- Deliver engaging coaching sessions that promote teamwork, fitness, and skill development
- Assist in organising extracurricular sports clubs, fixtures, and events
- Encourage participation and positive behaviour during physical activities
- Work closely with teaching staff to support student progress and wellbeing
- Promote a healthy and active lifestyle within the school community
Ideal Candidate
- Experience coaching or working with young people in a sports or education setting
- Confident leading group activities and managing behaviour positively
- Flexible, reliable, and able to adapt to different sports and age groups
- Familiar with the Chippenham area and local transport routes
- Committed to safeguarding and promoting student welfare
