We are seeking a warm, proactive live-in Housekeeper to join a lovely family in the Cotswolds. This is an informal, welcoming household with working parents, a delightful 9 yr old boy and a much-loved, easy-going Beagle.The family are looking to replicate the long term success of their previous housekeeper who worked for them for 8 years and is now retiring. This would be a fantastic role for someone who enjoys being at the heart of family life and mucking in with whatever each day brings!Day-to-day duties include:• Help with the morning routine• Getting breakfast ready and making sure all is ready for the day ahead• Making beds and maintaining general household tidiness• Light housekeeping throughout the day• Pet care • Preparing supper to be served at 6:00pm (the family use a meal subscription service)• Supporting the evening routine which tends to be a busy time (6:00-8:00pm)• The school runs are taken care of but ideally you will be a driver due to location Schedule:Monday to Friday (you are welcome to stay at the house on your days off)Accommodation:A private 2-bedroom top-floor space within the main house (no kitchen), offering comfort and privacy in a beautiful rural setting.This role would suit someone who enjoys being part of family life, is confident working independently, and takes pride in keeping a home running smoothly.Start: ASAPSalary: circa £40k gpa but flexible depending on experience
