We are looking for a Repair Estimator to join our Service team to cover Scotland.  As an experienced Repair Engineer you will be responsible for:

  • Identifying opportunities for chargeable repair works from company maintenance portfolio and by reviewing engineers reports weekly.
  • Issue quotations as necessary to support incoming client insurance reports and isolated/defective units.
  • Responsible for creating prompt accurate quotations.
  • Responsible for issuing sufficient quote volume to attain required order intake value and profitability.
  • Responsible for regular contact with customers to ensure quotations are received and understood.
  • Manage and guide customer expectations on the company’s services.
  • Support the regional office service administration functions, including taking calls when necessary.

You will be able to demonstrable experience of working in the lift industry and preferably had a previous sales/estimating background. You will be working in a fast paced environment where personal time management and ability to work to operational deadlines is key. The role involves building effective relationships with customers and you should have excellent communication, IT and interpersonal skills.
