Marketing Manager

An exciting opportunity for an ambitious, results-driven Marketing Manager to lead marketing efforts across my clients two brands.

The ideal candidate will be hands-on, with strong graphic design skills, website management (Adobe Creative Cloud/Wordpress/HTML/CSS required). PPC management (Google/social platforms) and also with strong web analytics / market analysis skills (Google Analytics, SEMrush or equivalent, etc.).

Within this role you will lead on B2C marketing strategies demonstrating your expertise in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing analytics. The role entails ownerships of two websites and lead generation through to first call (email / PPC / direct / Hubspot).


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies in collaboration with the senior management teams (including market segmentation and other insights) to increase lead generation, brand awareness and drive customer engagement across brands
  • Have ultimate responsibility for generating high-quality leads for the sales teams across both companies in the group and monitoring them via Hubspot
  • Own and be able to change and edit content and layout on Wordpress websites with ease and speed
  • Manage social media platforms, creating engaging content that resonates with the target audience.
  • Utilise Marketing functionality on Hubspot, Google Analytics, SEO apps and other tools to segment the TAM, track leads, analyse campaign performance and optimise marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with external partners to produce / manage required marketing assets (banners, leaflets, business cards, etc.)
  • Lead submissions / applications for industry awards
  • Collaborate with senior management to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content using appropriate software tools. Combining your own hands-on skills and external partners to meet objectives.
  • Maintain the company websites using WordPress, ensuring content is up-to-date and optimised for search engines. Combining your own hands-on skills and external partners to meet objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to report on marketing performance and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable success in a previous lead generation marketing role (actions supporting high-quality leads that led to an increase in sales, preferably within a B2C environment.
  • Strong proficiency as a graphic / website designer a must (Adobe Creative Cloud, HTML/CSS, Wordpress mastery)
  • Strong proficiency in Google PPC management and SEO
  • Strong expertise Excel, Hubspot, Google Search Console and Google Analytics for data analysis and reporting.
  • Experience in social media management and content creation across various platforms.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
