Join iReview as a Remote Lead Generator and help connect customers to the right Life, Home, and Contents Insurance solutions, all from the comfort of your own home.
We’re looking for confident communicators with proven experience in both lead generation and life insurance. You’ll be speaking to qualified leads using our predictive dialler, asking the right questions to understand their needs, and passing over high-quality leads to our sales team.
You’ll complete your first week of training either online or at our Chorley office (dependent on your location), then work from home with occasional monthly office visits for ongoing training and team meetings.
What You’ll Do:
- Speak to qualified leads about Life, Home, and Contents Insurance
- Use our predictive dialler to engage customers in meaningful conversations
- Handle objections with empathy and confidence (training provided)
- Pass on accurate, high-quality leads to our sales team
- Work towards achievable weekly/monthly targets – and earn commission
What We’re Looking For:
- Essential: Minimum 1 year in both lead generation and life insurance
- Strong, clear, and professional communication skills
- Motivated, resilient, and target-driven
- Positive team player with a willingness to learn
- Reliable broadband and a quiet workspace for home working
