The Opportunity

We're seeking a proactive Regional HR Advisor to deliver hands-on, generalist HR support across multiple sites in the North West and Midlands. You'll partner with managers to drive a positive, inclusive culture and ensure HR best practices are followed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise on HR policy, employee relations, performance, and compliance

  • Support disciplinary and grievance processes

  • Coach line managers on people practices

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and temporary staffing

  • Maintain HR systems and provide key metrics

  • Coordinate apprenticeships and L&D activity

  • Lead on engagement and diversity initiatives

What You'll Bring
  • CIPD Level 3 (or working towards) preferred

  • Solid knowledge of UK employment law

  • Strong communication, organisation, and IT skills

  • Flexible, professional approach
