The OpportunityWe're seeking a proactive Regional HR Advisor to deliver hands-on, generalist HR support across multiple sites in the North West and Midlands. You'll partner with managers to drive a positive, inclusive culture and ensure HR best practices are followed.
Key Responsibilities-
Advise on HR policy, employee relations, performance, and compliance

Support disciplinary and grievance processes

Coach line managers on people practices

Manage end-to-end recruitment and temporary staffing

Maintain HR systems and provide key metrics

Coordinate apprenticeships and L&D activity

Lead on engagement and diversity initiatives

CIPD Level 3 (or working towards) preferred

Solid knowledge of UK employment law

Strong communication, organisation, and IT skills

Flexible, professional approach

Up to £40,000 salary
