Position: Senior Residential Care Worker

Location: Chorley, PR7

Hourly Rate: £15.50 per hour + £60 per sleep in allowance

Weekly Hours: 37.50 - Days and Sleep Shifts

Time Recruitment is collaborating with a reputable Residential Service renowned for its high-quality specialised care for children facing emotional and behavioural challenges, often stemming from neglect, abuse, and trauma.

We are seeking Senior Residential Care Workers to join this long standing team in their modern 3 bedroomed home in Chorley.

Our client, a social enterprise, employs clinically informed approaches to support children who have endured past trauma, including various forms of abuse and parental rejection. Their mission is to enhance the psychological well-being of children in their care.

Profile for the ideal Senior Residential Care worker:

- Over the age of 21 due to legislation

- Valid driver's license- desirable

- Diploma Level 3 in Children & Young People Workforce or equivalent NVQ in Counselling Skills

- Training and Drugs Awareness

- Experience in Therapeutic Parenting
