My client is delivering training for a next-generation military communications system. As a Training & Development Specialist, you'll support the design and delivery of high-impact CIS training, ensuring personnel are fully equipped to operate advanced defence technologies.

Working alongside key partners, you'll instruct and mentor Phase 3 trainees while helping shape the future of military communications.

What you'll need:- Experience instructing Phase 3 trainees in CIS- Strong CIS technical skills - operation, configuration, and maintenance- Experience in training development- DCTS Defence Instructional Techniques course (or willingness to complete)
