As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing them with outstanding service and support. You will handle enquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Maintain a high level of organisation and attention to detail, even under pressure.
- Capable of multitasking, efficiently handling high volumes of telephone calls and emails.
- Possess previous experience in a call centre or customer service role.
- Confident in phone communication, with exceptional communication skills.
- Convey information clearly and simply.
- Demonstrate natural empathy and a talent for positively impacting our travel customers
