Client Service Sales Manager - Christchurch/Hybrid - Up to £45,000 + Uncapped Commission
We're on the hunt for an experienced and ambitious Client Service Sales Manager to take ownership of key client relationships, ensure outstanding service delivery, and play a vital role in business growth.
You'll be a confident communicator with a commercial mindset, capable of juggling multiple client accounts while spotting new revenue opportunities.

If you've previously worked in a Client Service Sales Manager or Sales role, managing a varied client portfolio, and you're passionate about developing relationships and driving sales - this one's for you.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Managing and developing a portfolio of key client accounts
- Building long-lasting relationships through exceptional service delivery
- Identifying and converting new business opportunities through networking and outreach
- Forecasting financial performance and tracking client metrics
- Working closely with internal teams to allocate resources effectively
- Ensuring all projects are delivered on time, on brief, and to the highest standard
- Acting on client feedback to continuously improve service quality
- Using CRM tools (HubSpot experience essential) to manage accounts and pipeline activity
- Staying up to date with industry developments and market trends
- Producing insightful reports and performance reviews to guide strategy
- Creating strong onboarding experiences for new clients
- Driving commercial results through strategic thinking and client-focused solutions
You'll Bring:
- A proven background in client services, sales, or account management
- Outstanding relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- Confidence in delivering commercial growth through both new and existing clients
- A strategic, data-driven approach to managing performance
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while juggling multiple priorities
- A strong understanding of CRM systems - particularly HubSpot
