This role suits a Restaurant Manager who enjoys a balance of front of house leadership and the commercial side of hospitality, with a focus on budgeting, cost control, supplier management and driving overall profitability.

Responsibilities as the Restaurant Manager
- Overseeing the daily operation of a 2 AA Rosette restaurant within a luxury 5-star setting
- Managing budgets, forecasting and implementing cost controls to maximise profitability
- Building and maintaining strong supplier relationships
- Leading and motivating the team to deliver exceptional guest service at all times
- Ensuring operational efficiency while maintaining the highest standards of quality and hospitality
- Supporting the wider hotel management team and contributing to business strategy
The ideal Restaurant Manager will
- Have proven management experience within a 4 or 5-star hotel or fine dining restaurant
- Be commercially astute with a strong understanding of budgeting, cost control and supplier management
- Be an inspiring leader who balances business objectives with exceptional guest experience
