An SEN school based in Bournemouth are currently seeking Teaching Assistants to start in September or as soon as possible. The school caters for primary and secondary age pupils with special educational needs.

The SEN Teaching Assistant is a dedicated professional who works closely with teachers to create an inclusive learning environment tailored to each pupil's individual requirements. Responsibilities include assisting with lesson delivery, providing one-on-one support, helping to develop social skills, and implementing personalised learning strategies. The SEN Teaching Assistant fosters a nurturing atmosphere, encourages student independence, and collaborates with parents and specialists to track progress and adapt learning approaches, ensuring every child can thrive academically and socially. Key Responsibilities:
