We are recruiting a Chef De Partiefor an independently owned all-day dining café, restaurant & Deli, serving a variety of locally sourced, seasonal produce.
The venue operates 7 days a week, offering both indoor and extensive outdoor dining options during the summer months.

The Person
- Previous experience as a Chef De Partie busy produce driven fresh food restaurants or cafes.
- Proficient training in Food Safety, Health & Safety and HACCP.
- Availability to work 40-45 hours per week, mostly day shifts.
