Casual Summer Operations Workers

Location: RAU Main Campus, Cirencester

Salary: £12.21 per hour (21 and over) / £10.18 per hour (20 and under) 12.07% holiday pay

Contract: Temporary casual post (summer only)

Hours: Up to 25 hours per week

The Agricultural University is looking for reliable and proactive Operations Casual Workers to support our busy Campus Operations team over the summer. This is a flexible role, ideal for someone who enjoys variety and being part of a supportive team.

You’ll be working across multiple areas including housekeeping, porters lodge, and technical support. Tasks may involve assisting with accommodation changeovers, setting up for events and meetings, general cleaning duties, basic administration and greeting visitors at reception. Full training and supervision will be provided.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in customer service and facilities support, working as part of a friendly and efficient team. We are looking for people who are hands-on, approachable, physically active, and happy to take on a range of tasks around campus.
