Must Have’s

• Excellent analytical and communication skills• Previous financial services experience (or actively working toward it)• Solid administrative experience• Experience using Iress Xplan or a similar financial planning system

Nice to have’s

• Strong background in financial planning and report writing• Familiarity with suitability reports and compliance processes• Experience working alongside Financial Advisers or in a regulated environment• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

What will you be doing?

• Preparing and maintaining accurate client records• Drafting suitability letters and reports in line with company policy• Gathering information from clients and providers• Importing client data using Iress Xplan• Pre-completing documentation for adviser/client review• Supporting advisers in delivering excellent client outcomes• Assisting with tasks such as income matching and meeting scheduling
