In this role, you will take the lead on managing projects from inception to completion, including specification writing, contract administration, and site management. You will also work closely with clients, contractors, and the in-house design team to ensure successful project delivery. There will be opportunities to get involved with the surveying team and assist with their workloads, expanding your knowledge.

The ideal candidate will have strong project management experience within the construction industry, excellent client-facing and organisational skills, and the ambition to step up into a senior leadership role in the future.

The Role:

Manage projects from planning through to completion.
Prepare specifications, bills of quantities, and schedules of works.
Oversee contract administration and financial management of projects.
Liaise with clients, contractors, and design teams.
Assist with surveying work where required.
Hybrid working available - Cirencester office with local site visits.

The Person:

Experienced in project management, contract administration, and site management.
Familiar with building regulations, planning, and contract law.
Strong client-facing and people management skills.
Background in Surveying, Project Management, or Contract Management.
Ability to run projects independently, including financial oversight.
Full UK driving licence and ability to travel to local sites.
