- Location: Cleckheaton, West Yorkshire
- Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 per annum (depending on experience) + bonus
- Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week (Monday to Thursday 08:30–17:00, Friday 08:30–16:30)
- Contract: Permanent
- Flexibility: 4-day working week considered
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing B2B customers
- Respond to enquiries, provide quotes, and process orders efficiently
- Maximise sales through cross-selling, upselling, and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate records and price lists
- Support international customers in GBP, EUR and USD
- Conduct virtual customer meetings via Microsoft Teams
- Use Microsoft Dynamics Business Central to process and manage orders
- Participate in internal production planning meetings
- Identify new business opportunities and manage customer accounts proactively
- Proven experience in B2B internal sales, customer service (CX) or account management
- Previous experience in a product-based business is essential
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central (or NAV/Navision) preferred
- Strong communicator with good commercial awareness
