Sales CoordinatorWe are recruiting a Sales Coordinator on behalf of a well-established, family-run engineering company based in Cleckheaton.
  • Location: Cleckheaton, West Yorkshire
  • Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 per annum (depending on experience) + bonus
  • Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week (Monday to Thursday 08:30–17:00, Friday 08:30–16:30)
  • Contract: Permanent
  • Flexibility: 4-day working week considered

You will work directly with B2B customers to build strong relationships, manage enquiries, and contribute to the delivery of projects worldwide. It’s a hands-on position suited to someone who enjoys variety and wants to be part of a growing SME where their ideas and contributions are valued.Key Responsibilities:
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing B2B customers
  • Respond to enquiries, provide quotes, and process orders efficiently
  • Maximise sales through cross-selling, upselling, and follow-ups
  • Maintain accurate records and price lists
  • Support international customers in GBP, EUR and USD
  • Conduct virtual customer meetings via Microsoft Teams
  • Use Microsoft Dynamics Business Central to process and manage orders
  • Participate in internal production planning meetings
  • Identify new business opportunities and manage customer accounts proactively
Skills and Experience:
  • Proven experience in B2B internal sales, customer service (CX) or account management
  • Previous experience in a product-based business is essential
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central (or NAV/Navision) preferred
