Financial Controller (Part Time)

Core3 are delighted to partner with a certified B Corp and fast-growing commercial renewables business to recruit a Part-Time Financial Controller with hybrid working. £55,000 (4 days/week) + 20% bonus + EOT bonus.

How you'll make an impact

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone ready to step into a broad, hands-on Financial Controller role with a genuine ability to shape the finance function in a scaling SME.

As part of the Senior Management Team, you'll work closely with the CEO, Commercial Director, and other leaders to:

- Lead financial operations and reporting

- Overhaul manual pricing and costing tools to support smarter decision-making

- Develop MI dashboards, strategic models, and forecasting tools

- Provide financial analysis to influence commercial and operational strategy

- Improve project profitability tracking and drive financial efficiency across the P2P cycle

- Connect finance with operations through better time/resource reporting

- Support systems development during the systems transition
