The Role
Your role will be to provide comprehensive administrative support to the advisers, ensuring that every client receives exceptional service. A typical day may include:
- Liaising with clients and product providers to gather and process information
- Arranging and preparing for client review meetings
- Processing applications for investments, pensions, mortgages, and protection products
- Managing adviser diaries and handling client communications
- Assisting with ad-hoc tasks such as withdrawals, fund switches, and top-ups
You’ll work closely with colleagues to maintain high service standards, support adviser productivity, and uphold the firm’s professional reputation.
