This is a varied and interesting role, ideal if you enjoy working across a wide range of financial planning tasks. You’ll be supported to build your knowledge and work towards professional qualifications, all while contributing to a business that puts clients first and operates with integrity.

What you’ll do 

You’ll support the advice team by managing a mix of client and business administration, including:

  • Preparing and maintaining accurate client records
  • Supporting advisers with research, documentation, and suitability reports
  • Liaising with providers and third parties to gather information
  • Ensuring compliance with FCA regulations and internal procedures
  • Handling new business processing, including pensions, investments, and protection
  • Recording all client communications clearly and compliantly
  • Supporting the delivery of excellent client service across the board

What you’ll need

  • Experience in financial planning, wealth management, or a similar financial services role
  • Strong understanding of financial products, compliance, and client servicing
  • Confidence using platforms, provider portals, and Microsoft Office
  • Working towards (or keen to start) financial services qualifications
