Customer Service Advisor – Exeter (EX5) – 8:30-17:00 (Monday – Friday) - £25,000 + Benefits (24 days holiday + Bank Holidays, Free parking, Cycle to work scheme + more)
Elite Recruitment are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor for one of our clients, who are a leading manufacturer in their field, based in Exeter (EX5). This permanent role will join their office team which is office based and working 08:30-17:00 Monday – Friday.Â

Key Responsibilities
-         Customer liaison – answering phone calls and emails from customers, including any complaints, and updating customer records with this information.Â
-         Internal Liaison – Including with sales team, warehouse and external distribution companies.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â General administrative tasks including but not limited to order processing, and invoice issuance.
What you’ll bring
-         IT literate – especially within Microsoft Office, prior knowledge of CRM systems is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, ability to multi-task.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Confident working both independently and in busy teams
