Great opportunity to work as a Production Line Leader for our client's logistics food site!

Staffline is recruiting Production Line Leaders in Coalville

Temp to perm opportunity for the right candidates!

The rate of pay is £14.21 per hour.

This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday and the hours of work are:
- 6am to 2pm

Your Time at Work

As a Production Line Leader your duties include:

- Ensuring that the Production Line maximizes the utilization of time, labour and equipment
- Reports and communicates effectively all issues affecting production
- Effectively motivate a team of people to meet production targets

Please note this is an active role, where you will be supporting staff on the line.

Our Perfect Worker

Our perfect worker will be a great team player, be able to reach targets and work unsupervised.

Applicants will have previous experience as a line leader and have basic knowledge about food hygiene.
