You will need to working as a Maintenance Engineer and be competent in both Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, there will be opportunities to learn not only from your peers but through internal and external training courses. They are offering a salary package circa 47,4300 working a permanent night shift. Salary rises to 50,749 in 2 increments following on site experience.
Key Responsibilities for this Maintenance Engineer role:
- Maintain & enhance performance of all machinery
- Reduce engineering downtime, respond rapidly to machine failures & breakdowns
- Undertake projects and assist with all site installations
- To undertake, develop & improve planned maintenance schedules
- Open and clear lines of communication with management and fellow colleagues
- To prioritise work within the engineering department
Skills and Qualifications needed for this Maintenance Engineer role:
- NVQ3 / ONC / HNC Engineering Qualification
- Time served (apprenticeship trained) engineer
- F.M.C.G experience is preferable
- Fault finding on 3 phase control circuits (required)
- Experience controls systems (required)
- Experience with PLC's (preferred)
- Excellent attention to detail
