Service Support Coordinator

Full-Time – Permanent

Hours: Monday to Friday Office hours  

Basic Salary: £27,000.00 to £(phone number removed) Per Annum depending on experience.   

Location: Coalville, Leicestershire

Our long-standing client has been established for more than 40 years who have gone from strength to strength and due to Internal promotions within the Quality and Technical, they are now seeking a highly dynamic and enthusiastic Service Support Coordinator to join their Quality and Technical team and be responsible for managing service engineer visits for a range of customer types as well as, provide technical and quality assistance as a Service Support Coordinator on a Full Time Permanent basis.

Service Support Coordinator Role:

  • Maintain relationships with Internal and external stake holders such as Engineers, Contractors, Sales team, Customer Services Team as a Service Support Coordinator
  • Collaborate with key stake holders from various departments and backgrounds therefore ability to communicate at all levels is Essential as a Service Support Coordinator
  • Act as point of contact for queries and questions which may arise
  • Oversee the day to day service visits from contractual work carried out
  • Provide support to the product management team as and when necessary as a Service Support Coordinator
  • Communicate pricing updates within a timely manner
  • Demonstrate a hands on and proactive attitude in not being afraid of getting involved wherever possible being a hugely varied role.
  • Provide support to the Warehouse within the warehouse in evaluating / quality checking products when necessary as a Service support coordinator in the Warehouse
  • Responsible for assisting the Technical Manager with quality checking and reports as a Service Support Coordinator  
  • Work on own initiative as well as act a key team player and support the wider team proactively. 
  • Undertake other ad hoc duties and responsibilities as a Service Support Coordinator  

Service Support Coordinator Candidate:

  • Previous experience as a Service Coordinator, Service Planner, Planner, Schedular, Installations Coordinator is ESSENTIAL
  • Good understanding of MS Excel / SAP is hugely advantageous
  • An enthusiastic and dynamic personality with a highly ‘proactive attitude’ as a
  • Excellent level of MS Office skills including Excel
