Finance Administrator
Kenneth Brian Associates are currently hiring for a luxurious company based in Cobham. They are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join their team and support their financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
- Perform daily and monthly reconciliations
- Assist in monitoring outstanding balances, proactively following up with customers on overdue payments
- Process invoices and payments in a timely manner.
- Assist with the procurement of goods and services, ensuring that all orders are placed accurately and in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Knowledge of Xero and Microsoft Excel.
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.
