As a Sous Chef your responsibilities will include:
- Showing passion and personal drive in your work.

- Preparing and serving freshly made meals in a high-volume setting.
- Performing cleaning duties and ensuring food safety.
- Ordering and controlling stock effectively.
- Creating specials to enhance the menu.
- Utilizing your previous experience as a Chef.
- Delivering dishes that consistently meet the Head Chef's standards.
