Leatherhead | £24,000 - £27,000 DOE | Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm

We’re working with a dynamic and growing business that’s on the lookout for a Sales Support Administrator to join their lively and supportive team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a vibrant environment with clear career development opportunities and strong future earning potential.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Source and compile quotes for parts and services in line with customer needs

  • Provide quotations using in-stock items or by sourcing compliant materials

  • Keep sales opportunities and client information up to date in Salesforce

  • Support the Sales Director with daily operations

  • Investigate and resolve any issues related to non-conforming materials

  • Follow strict traceability guidelines for all parts and components

  • Track shipments and coordinate with freight partners to ensure timely delivery

  • Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with both customers and suppliers

  • Negotiate sales terms and close agreements confidently

  • Help forecast and monitor revenue and margin targets

  • Some travel may be required from time to time

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 1 year of experience in an inside sales or sales support role

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Highly self-motivated and able to work independently

  • Familiarity with Quantum CRM, Salesforce, ILS, and Aeroxchange is desirable

  • Skilled in maintaining strong vendor and customer relationships

  • Confident negotiator with a commercial mindset

  • Strong IT skills, especially in Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

  • Well-organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
