About the Role:As a Graduate Technical Support Coordinator, you'll be a key member of our dynamic technical team, helping us provide outstanding service to our customers. This is an ideal opportunity for a technical graduate to gain hands-on experience in the field while working alongside skilled engineers.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing prompt, efficient, and knowledgeable responses to technical customer queries, both directly and through team collaboration.
  • Logging technical calls and customer interactions accurately using HubSpot.
  • Preparing detailed, timely quotations and following up with customers to resolve any queries.
  • Entering service orders into Sage and processing engineering service reports through to invoicing.
  • Working with the credit control team to resolve any payment or invoice disputes.
  • Reviewing and filing engineer reports in SharePoint.
  • Coordinating with purchasing to ensure spare parts availability and timely order processing.
  • Regularly updating Work Instructions to keep processes efficient and accurate.
  • Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and providing constructive feedback to the team.

What We're Looking For:We’re looking for a recent graduate with a passion for technology, a solid technical background, and an eagerness to develop new skills in a hands-on role. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A degree (or equivalent qualification) in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or similar), or an HNC/HND qualification.
  • Familiarity with technical processes, service delivery, and on-site procedures (e.g., installation, troubleshooting).
  • Understanding of the full-service order workflow—from initial inquiry to invoicing and payment.
  • Experience with tools like Sage, SharePoint, HubSpot, and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and an eagerness to tackle technical challenges.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude, with the flexibility to assist in areas beyond your core role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to confidently engage with both customers and internal teams.
  • A team player who enjoys contributing to process improvements and working collaboratively.
