Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for an industry leading and rapidly expanding client based in Leatherhead to join their busy and fun team. We are seeking an energetic and driven candidate who is looking for a career which offers them genuine career opportunities, to be progressed into an Account Management role.

Duties:

  • Managing and developing strong relationships with clients ensuring that you are exceeding standards and needs are met.
  • Taking client telephone calls with excellent phone manner and a level of professionalism dealing with any inquiries or handling any issues effectively.
  • Actively utilising the system to track/manage client accounts and prepare reports.
  • Responding to any email inquiries ensuring timely communication.
  • Creating rapport with clients to build long lasting and solid relationships.

The ideal candidate:

  • Previous office experience within a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills whether its via telephone or email.
  • Able to be personable and create long lasting relationships.
  • Can multitask and exhibit high organisational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Hold a problem-solving attitude.
  • High level of attention to detail.
