Part-Time PA

  • Leatherhead
  • 9am – 3pm Monday to Friday (c27.5 hours per week)
  • 9am – 12noon, 3 days a week - during the school holidays

Job Purpose

To provide high-level administrative and PA support, enabling management to focus on strategic priorities and the smooth running of the organisation. The PA will act with discretion, efficiency, and professionalism at all times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diary and Meeting Management
  • Manage diaries, scheduling meetings and appointments.
  • Organise and prepare for meetings, including agenda preparation
  • Administrative Support
  • Draft, proofread, and format correspondence, reports, and other documents.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Maintain effective filing systems (electronic and paper-based).
  • Communication
  • Act as a first point of contact for internal and external queries, dealing with them professionally and efficiently.
  • Liaise with staff and stake holders
  • Events and Planning
  • Support the organisation of events, meetings, and visits.
  • Coordinate travel and logistics where required.
  • Compliance and Record-Keeping
  • Maintain records in line with data protection policies.
  • Support administrative tasks relating to policies and compliance.
  • General Duties
  • Provide occasional support to other members of the admin team during busy periods.
  • Undertake any other reasonable tasks requested by management

Person Specification

Essential Criteria

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a senior administrative role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and comfortable with digital platforms
  • Professional, trustworthy, and discreet when handling confidential matters
  • Ability to interact positively with staff and stakeholders
