Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a background in carpentry packages or having worked for a carpentry subcontractor? Are you looking to join a reputable company with an immediate start?

Were working with a highly successful carpentry and joinery subcontractor based in Weybridge. Theyve built an excellent reputation in the industry and are now looking to bring an experienced QS on board to support ongoing and upcoming projects.
What Youll Be Doing:Preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities
Carrying out cost analysis and budget control
Managing project finances with full financial oversight
Advising on contractual claims and handling disputes
Monitoring progress and providing detailed reports to clients
Working closely with site and project teams to ensure cost-efficiency
Youll be supported by a streamlined CRM and purchasing system to make your job easier and more efficientno clunky processes or outdated tools here.
What Were Looking For:Previous experience working on carpentry/joinery packages or directly for a carpentry/joinery subcontractor
Strong commercial acumen and solid understanding of the construction lifecycle
Ready to hit the ground running with a proactive and team-focused attitude
Competitive salary up to £85,000 per annum
