We are recruiting on behalf of a growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) seeking a driven Account Manager or Junior Account Manager to join their team across multiple UK locations.

This role is ideal for someone with at least 1 year of experience in an Account Management role within the MSP sector, who is confident managing existing client relationships and generating new business.

You will play a key role in managing client accounts while actively identifying opportunities to expand the client base.

Key Responsibilities as an Account Manager:

  • Act as the main point of contact for your assigned MSP clients
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with stakeholders
  • Proactively resolve client issues and ensure service excellence
  • Collaborate with technical teams to deliver seamless IT support
  • Identify and close upselling opportunities and expand existing accounts
  • Develop new business by building relationships with prospective clients
  • Support onboarding of new clients and oversee contract renewals

Requirements as an Account Manager:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as an Account Manager within an MSP is essential
  • Background in 1st and 2nd line support
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Comfortable selling to both new and existing clients
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organisation and prioritisation abilities
  • Confident working independently and collaboratively with technical teams
