As a Mechanical Design Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in:

Designing and developing innovative products in line with technical specifications.
Collaborating within a multifunctional team to identify and implement solutions for project needs.
Producing detailed designs from concept to manufacturing readiness using advanced 3D CAD software.
Preparing and presenting project progress reports at monthly engineering team reviews.
Driving improvements in design tools and processes to enhance productivity.
Ensuring all designs meet customer requirements and adhere to quality standards.

What We're Looking For:

A minimum of 4 years' experience in an HVAC engineering environment.
Proven expertise in development and delivery projects.
Strong stakeholder management skills at all levels.
An awareness of software and programming tools that can enhance project outcomes.
