Your Role and Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging and effective Music lessons to students across Key Stages 3 and 4, and potentially Key Stage 5.
Inspire students to develop their musical skills in performance, composition, and listening.
Organize and lead a range of extracurricular musical activities, such as choirs, orchestras, bands, or musical theatre groups.
Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and maintain high standards of achievement.
Contribute positively to the overall life of the school and the wider Music Department.

What We're Looking For

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a specialism in Music.
A strong passion for teaching Music and a commitment to fostering student potential.
Excellent subject knowledge and the ability to teach a broad musical curriculum.
A dynamic and adaptable teaching style that can motivate and engage students of all abilities.
Strong organizational and communication skills, with a collaborative approach to teamwork.
