We are looking for a reliable Labourer with a Traffic Marshal (Banksman) ticket for a long-term project in Colchester, CO2.

Role split:

80% General Labouring
20% Traffic Marshal duties (banksman / gate control)

Duties include:

General labouring tasks across site
Assisting trades and maintaining site cleanliness
Traffic management, vehicle movements, and gate control when required

Requirements:

Valid CSCS card
Valid Traffic Marshal/Banksman ticket
Previous site experience
Good communication and reliability
