We're delighted to be working with a well-respected, growing food manufacturing business just outside Colchester. They are looking for night shift Packing Line Operatives to join their friendly team. This is a long-term, temp-to-perm role with full training, job stability, and opportunities to develop new skills.

You'll play an important part in preparing and packing high-quality food products. Working as part of a close-knit team, you'll help ensure everything runs smoothly on the production line - from loading and packing to quality checks and final presentation.

Typical tasks include:

• Preparing and loading ingredients onto the line

• Checking and grading products to ensure top quality

• Packing finished goods and stacking them ready for dispatch

• Keeping your work area clean and following food safety guidelines

• Helping out with general production tasks when needed

No prior factory or food production experience is needed - just a positive attitude, a good eye for detail, and a willingness to learn.

• A dependable, hard-working person who enjoys being part of a team

• Previous experience in Food Manufacturing and Production preferred

• Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

• Own transport (essential due to location)

• Happy to occasionally work extra hours when needed

• Nights: Monday to Thursday, 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM

• Pay: 12.62 per hour

• Optional weekend overtime (Saturday or Sunday, 7:00 PM - 2:00 AM) at enhanced rates

• Free on-site parking
