Clearfield Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Freelance Quantity Surveyor on behalf of our client for an immediate start in Stanway, Colchester.
The successful candidate will be supporting an 8m high-end residential build on Mersea Island, currently at the groundworks stage. This is a part-time freelance opportunity to cover maternity leave, with potential for extended engagement or increased days depending on project wins.
