SEN Teaching Assistant - Outstanding Primary School in Colchester

Our outstanding primary school in Colchester is seeking a committed and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join our supportive team. This is a full-time position, starting as soon as possible, and we are looking for someone who is passionate about working within the education industry and supporting pupils with additional needs.

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be working Monday to Friday, providing consistent, high-quality support to pupils who rely on the stability of having the same trusted adult with them each day. Experience within the education industry or a strong interest in developing within this field is highly desirable. In this role, you will work closely with teachers and the SEN team to deliver personalised support, help prepare resources and contribute to a positive, structured learning environment.
