The Speech House Hotel has a 2 AA Rosette Fine Dining Restaurant, an informal dining area in the Orangery, and function facilities for weddings and conferences.

Our customers are what makes us, and we want to provide them with the best experience from the first step they take into the hotel, to when they leave.

Chef de Partie
45 hours per week.

We've maintained our 2nd AA Rosette for culinary excellence, and are looking for a CDP to join the team to work to this standard. We get busy, especially when the sun is out, so were looking for people who can think on their feet and get stuck in to help others when needed, as well as deliver top standard food.

We pride ourselves on our reputation for being an independently, family run hotel, and we care about our staff. We offer training and development at all levels, including NVQs and college courses in food and bar management, as well as on/off the job training. Experience in fine dining preferable.
