V7 are working with a close client who due to significant growth are seeking an Engineering Coordinator to join the Team on a permanent basis.

The business are a pump

They are now looking to take on an Installation Coordinator on a permanent basis.

Key duties:

  • Receiving Requests from internal and external customer to allocate and dispatch Field Service Engineer resources to customer job/projects.
  • Acknowledging such call out instructions to the customer.
  • Matching the demands of the logistics of labour requirements and maximising where practicable to ensure best possible efficiency and effectiveness of planning to minimise travel time and hence cost.
  • As necessary working in conjunction with Service Engineers, Sales, and Management prepare draft RAMS and other documentation.
  • Direct responsibility to plan resources for unscheduled service calls, commissioning and company warranty.
  • Responsibility to schedule and arrange training, inductions and calibrated equipment.
  • Ensuring required parts for jobs are expedited from both internal and external suppliers and logistics planned for scheduled work.
  • Working closely with Service Coordinators and have regular (daily) communication with FSEs Billing and where necessary resolving debt issues/customer queries.
