Job Title: Support Worker

Location: Congleton

Hours: 24 hour shifts - day sleeps. (Apply online only) waking hours, (Apply online only) sleep hours.

Pay: 14 per hour waking hours. 11.44 sleeping hours.

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Congleton. The ideal candidate will have experience in supporting individuals with autism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support to individuals with autism.
• Assist with all daily activities.
• Ensure the well-being and safety of those in your care.
• Work collaboratively with other team members and healthcare professionals.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in supporting people with autism.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to provide special sensitive support.
