Here at Sugarman Health and Wellbeing we are currently recruiting a Support Worker based in Sandbach. We are we are looking for outgoing staff who want to make a difference to the people we support. This role is Supporting a young male who is moving into his first home who has autism non-communicative but can make his needs known he can display behaviours that challenge and signs of anxiety and distress and requires staff to support him with this. he is unaware of some risks and requires support to meet this need. he has a good sense of humour and very much enjoys Mcdonalds, KFC, water play, watching TV, going to school and walking. The young male will need support with maintaining his own home, promoting independence and supporting with aspects of his daily living. Staff will need to be able to drive his motability car.
