About the Role:
Liquid Personnel is seeking a dedicated Adult Social Worker to join the Older Adults & Hospital Team in Conwy. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of older adults by providing essential support and promoting their independence within a dynamic and supportive team environment.
What will your responsibilities be?
In this role, you will deliver a high-quality social work service to older people and their families or carers, who are deemed vulnerable or in need of support. You will collaborate with the citizen, carers, and families to promote independence and provide necessary support, ensuring they are at the center of decision-making about their lives and the outcomes they want to achieve.

Qualifications & Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have,
- Social Care Wales registration
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Hold a full UK licence
- Post-qualified experience
- Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
