Lisa Wright Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting for a well-established rural business set in beautiful countryside surroundings (easily accessible from Stamford, Corby, Uppingham and Oundle). This part-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys a varied workload, has an eye for detail, and appreciates the peace and charm of a countryside setting. If you're comfortable around dogs and like working in a relaxed but professional rural environment, this could be the perfect role for you.

About the Role:You’ll be responsible for managing purchase ledger processes and supporting the wider office with general admin and property management tasks. The role is part-time (approx. 22 hours/week) and offers flexibility within a supportive and friendly team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing purchase invoices and managing supplier accounts
  • Basic bookkeeping and credit control tasks
  • Supporting utilities administration and timesheet analysis
  • Responding to enquiries and liaising with suppliers and tenants
  • Assisting with property management for residential, commercial, and holiday let properties

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in purchase ledger (desirable)
  • Comfortable working independently and prioritising tasks
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office
  • Strong attention to detail and a professional attitude
  • A full driving licence and own vehicle
  • Happy to share your workspace with friendly dogs!
