Office Admin & Company Secretarial Assistant - Kettering

I'm hiring for a down-to-earth, long-standing firm of Accountants in Kettering, just a short walk from the train station (and yes, there’s a car park too).
About the firm: They are a well-established accountancy practice. They’ve built a solid, loyal team over the years with very little staff turnover - always a good sign, right? It’s a small, friendly office with a low-pressure vibe. Think supportive team, familiar faces, and genuinely nice people to work with.
About the role: This role has come about as the lovely lady who handled their company secretarial work is heading off into retirement. The team are now looking for someone who can step in to support across:
- General Office Admin - meet & greet clients, manage supplies, scan and distribute post, occasional bank/post office runs.
- Company Secretarial Support - help with client registrations, agent account maintenance, keeping HMRC details
- Payroll Support - assisting the Payroll Manager with some of the larger payrolls.
There’s room to grow here, too. There’s no current Office Manager or Practice Manager, so this could evolve into something more senior over time if that’s of interest.
About you:
- You will come with an admin or finance admin background.
- You’ll need to be based in or near Kettering, as this is a fully office-based role.
