About the Role:You’ll be responsible for managing purchase ledger processes and supporting the wider office with general admin and property management tasks. The role is part-time (approx. 22 hours/week) and offers flexibility within a supportive and friendly team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing purchase invoices and managing supplier accounts
- Basic bookkeeping and credit control tasks
- Supporting utilities administration and timesheet analysis
- Responding to enquiries and liaising with suppliers and tenants
- Assisting with property management for residential, commercial, and holiday let properties
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in purchase ledger (desirable)
- Comfortable working independently and prioritising tasks
- Familiar with Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail and a professional attitude
- A full driving licence and own vehicle
- Happy to share your workspace with friendly dogs!
