Job Title: Interim Finance Manager - 6 Month FTC

Location: Corby (initially fully on-site, with potential for hybrid working once embedded)

Salary: £65,000 - £75,000

Reporting to: Group Financial Controller

Veracious Talent Partners are exclusively partnering with a well-established manufacturing business based in Corby to appoint an Interim Finance Manager on a 6-month fixed term contract, with potential for extension.

This opportunity has arisen to provide essential support by covering the business-as-usual (BAU) finance responsibilities, while the core finance team focuses on delivering a major systems implementation project. The role will be fully site-based in Corby initially to ensure strong integration with site operations and visibility, with the option for hybrid working once embedded.

The Opportunity:

As Interim Finance Manager, you will act as the key finance partner to the Corby manufacturing site, supporting operational performance through timely reporting, analysis, and business partnering.

You'll be responsible for:

-Producing accurate weekly and monthly site reports, including KPIs and financial summaries

- Leading variance analysis and cost investigations to support informed decision-making

- Providing continuity during the implementation of a new financial system - Partnering with site leaders to identify opportunities for operational efficiencies

- Managing overhead reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes

- Presenting financial insight at site leadership meetings and influencing outcomes

What We're Looking For:

- A qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) or QBE with strong management/operational finance experience

- Background in manufacturing, FMCG, or another hands-on, cost-driven industry

- Comfortable working on-site and engaging with non-finance stakeholders - Excellent Excel skills; experience with Navision or QlikView would be a plus

- Proactive and resilient, with a hands-on approach and strong attention to detail
