I'm pleased to be partnering with a highly respected and rapidly growing client who is looking to add a Multi-Skilled Plant Engineer to their engineering team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced engineer to join a stable, innovative business that truly invests in its people.
The Role
My client is seeking a proactive and versatile engineer who can support the smooth operation of their production facility. You'll be responsible for:
Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across mechanical and electrical systems
Diagnosing faults and ensuring timely repairs to minimise downtime
Working closely with production teams to optimise plant performance
Contributing to continuous improvement projects and engineering upgrades
Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with company standards
About You
To succeed in this role, you should have:
A recognised engineering qualification (mechanical, electrical, or multiskilled)
Strong fault-finding skills across both disciplines
Experience in a manufacturing, FMCG, industrial, or similar plant environment
A proactive approach and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
A commitment to safe working practices and high-quality engineering
