Job Title: Fitter
Location: Corby, Northamptonshire
Salary: £13.25 per hour (pay increase on successful trial period)
Shift Pattern: Monday - Thursday 39 hours per week, overtime on a Friday when available
We are an established vehicle conversion business working on a variety of bespoke products and solutions for our customers
Training is provided on the job; however, experience and knowledge of hand tools is essential

We are looking for an enthusiastic new team member to join us as a Fitter
The Role:
Assembling products
Using hand tools
Quality checking of materials and finished products
Manual handling and lifting
Following instructions
General Housekeeping
Working on your own and as part of a team
Bespoke fittings
Being part of team able to meet tight deadlines to customer specification
Good communication skills and the ability to take and complete instructions
Flexibility and proactiveness within your approach to work and working hours
The Ideal Candidate:
Previous manufacturing/installation experience
Experience of operating and using hand tools
Hard working, reliable and punctual
Strong attention to detail
Ability to follow instructions and work to SWPs
Good work ethic and prepared to learn new skills
Team player
Excellent understanding of health and safety in the workplace
